A Section 54 application, for the development of land without complying with condition 7 of Planning Application LA08/2024/0767/F which reads: Original text for this condition: The remediation measures as detailed in the O’Sullivan Macfarlane Environmental Consulting Ltd. Phase 1 Preliminary Risk Assessment, Phase 2 Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment and Outline Remediation Strategy (Lands at Lake Street and Victoria Street, Lurgan. Ref.
