Discharge of condition No.2 of LA08/2022/0711/F which states: No later than 12 months from the occupation of the development hereby permitted, and every year from that date, for the duration of 5 years, the applicant shall submit a tree survey to the Council as set out in the Construction Management Plan. The tree surveys shall include: Updated records on tree species, size, and condition Identifying and treating new pests or diseases that may arise Evaluating overall tree health and structural stability Making recommendations for management. The report shall also set out timescales for the implementation of any measures identified therein. The report shall be agreed in writing with the Council prior to the implementation of any proposed measures.
